How is Pennyful.com able to offer Cash Back? Is there a catch?
For every purchase that is made through our website store links, we are paid a commission from the respective store. The merchant then reports that commission to us, and we simply split that commission with you. There is no catch, and everyone wins!
Can I use Coupons that are on Pennyful.com and still get Cash Back?

Yes. Coupons are a great way to save even more money on your online shopping. Please make sure that the discounts, percentages off or free offers are present in the Shopping Cart at checkout. Make sure that the discount is displayed in the shopping cart BEFORE you make your purchase.

Make sure that you only use coupons from Pennyful.com since cash back may not be reported if you use coupons from other sources.

Can International customers use Pennyful.com?
Yes. Payments will be made through PayPal. International customers must verify with stores regarding shipping because all stores do not ship internationally.

When you shop through Pennyful.com at one of our affiliated stores, we earn a commission on your purchase from that store. We then split this commission with you, and pay you Cash Back. Cash Back is separate from and in addition to any other coupon discounts.
Can I make a purchase directly from a merchant’s store and still earn Cash Back?
No. To earn cash back from Pennyful.com on your purchase at a store, you must first login to Pennyful.com and then click on a link (on Pennyful.com) to that store’s website.
Does Pennyful.com pay me cash back or the store does?
Pennyful.com pays you cash back, not the store.
Do I have to be a member of Pennyful.com to earn cash back?
Yes. In order to earn cash back, you need to first sign-up for an Pennyful.com membership account. Membership is free and only requires a working email address and a password. If you’re not a member, we have no way of tracking your purchases and paying you cash back.
Do I have to login before shopping in order to earn cash back?
Yes. You need to login to your Pennyful.com account before you shop so that we can track your purchases and pay you your cash back earnings.
How do I earn Pennyful.com Cash Back?

To earn cash back, you must make a qualifying purchase. Follow the steps below:

  1. Visit http://www.pennyful.com and login or sign-up.
  2. Click on a store that offers cash back, or their coupon, to visit their online store.
  3. Shop as you would anyway, in the browser window that opens.
  4. We pay you! We will post the cash back earnings to your Pennyful.com account.

If a cash back offer (% or $) is not listed with the store name, then the store does not participate in the Cash Back program, but may still provide coupons & specials.

Where can see all my Cash Back and Bonuses earnings?
You can view all of your cash back and bonuses earnings details by clicking on the "My Account" link in the top row navigation of any page. You must first login to access your account.
How long does it take for Cash Back to be posted in My Account?
While it usually takes only 2-4 days for merchants to report your order, others may take up to 30 days. Please wait until 30 days after your entire order has been shipped before contacting us regarding missing cash back. If cash back is still not reported, then please fill in the Missing Cash Back form or contact Customer Support . Please report missing cash back within 60 days.
What is the difference between Pending and Available Cash Back?

Pending cash back is initially posted to your account upon initial receipt of an order from a cash back store. Cash back may stay as "Pending" for up to 91 or even 121 days. This is because there are different store policies on returns and cancellations, and also to allow time for collection of commissions from the store to pay you cash back. Once the cash back is “Available”, you may request payment.

If you want a “Smart Payout”, which means that you will be paid all your bonuses as well, then you must have $10 or more in Available Cash Back. If you want a “Fast Payout”, which means you will not be paid your bonuses earned and will only be paid your Available Cash Back, then you may request payment for any amount of Available Cash Back posted in your account.

What are Fast Payout and Smart Payout?
With “Smart Payout” you will be paid your Available Cash Back plus all your Bonuses as well. For Smart Payout, you must have $10 or more in Available Cash Back posted in your account. With “Fast Payout” you will be paid only the Available Cash Back posted in your account and you will not be paid your Bonuses earned. For a Fast Payout payment you may request payment for any amount of Available Cash Back posted in your account; there is no minimum payout. If you can’t decide which payout type to choose, don’t worry. When you request payment, you will receive a recommendation on which payout type to pick based on your earnings. You are free to choose a different payout type on your next payment request.
How long does it take for “Pending” cash back to become “Available”?
Cash Back is listed as “Pending” mainly to account for returns and cancellations, and also to allow time for collection of funds from merchants. Each store’s returns and cancellations duration varies but may even take 91 or even 121 days. This means that you are usually allowed to return or cancel your order in this period, which would then cancel your cash back. However, once the cash back is “Available”, you may request payment.
Can I use coupons that I found outside Pennyful.com and still earn cash back?
No. You will not be eligible for cash back if you use coupons from outside Pennyful.com . Using outside coupons can result in incorrect order reporting or may even result in your order not being reported at all.

How do I use Coupons on Pennyful.com?

On every displayed coupon, there is a field called “Coupon Code”. There are two situations: Sometimes you don’t need any code to shop with the coupon. In this case, simply click the coupon link or the “Shop Now” button and the coupon discount will automatically be applied to your order during the store’s checkout process.

If a coupon code is required, click on the coupon code and it will be automatically copied to clipboard. You will then be taken to the store where you can add products to your shopping cart, and then look for the “Promotion Code” or “Coupon Code” field during the checkout process. Here, right-click inside of this field and select “Paste” to paste the coupon code that was automatically copied. Click the “Update” button if there is one. Then proceed to checkout.

Note: If you click the “Shop Now” button on the coupon which requires a coupon code, make sure you first copy the code by highlighting it, right-clicking, and selecting “Copy”. Then proceed as given above.

When do I receive the discount from a Coupon?

Discounts from coupons will appear during the store’s checkout process. Make sure that the coupon discount is reflected in the purchase amount in your shopping cart during the checkout process BEFORE you make the purchase.

Cash Back discounts, however, are posted to your account 2-4 days after you complete your purchase.

Why is there no cash back posted in My Account even after I have placed an order?
Don’t worry if your cash back doesn't show up in your account immediately after you have placed and order. Cash back usually takes 2-4 days to show up in your account. Go to your My Account page to view your earnings. Some stores, however, can take as long as 30 days (after the shipping date) to notify us of your order. If, even after 30 days, your cash back is not posted in your account, please fill out the Missing Cash Back form and we will look in to the matter.

If I have a problem with something I ordered, who should I contact?
If you have a problem with something you purchased, please contact the store from whom you placed the order. But Please Note! Sometimes, even simply contacting the store can cancel your cash back. This is because the store may cancel your old order and place a new order for you when you contact them, without your knowledge. This then means that we will not be the last referrer for your order, and your cash back will be cancelled.
