stores regarding shipping because all stores do not ship internationally.

Cash Back
When you shop through Pennyful.com at one of our affiliated stores, we earn a
commission on your purchase from that store. We then split this commission with
you, and pay you Cash Back. Cash Back is separate from and in addition to any other
coupon discounts.
No. To earn cash back from Pennyful.com on your purchase at a store, you must
first login to Pennyful.com and
then click on a link (on Pennyful.com) to that store’s website.
Pennyful.com pays you cash back, not the store.
Yes. In order to earn cash back, you need to first
sign-up for an Pennyful.com membership account. Membership is free and
only requires a working email address and a password. If you’re not a member, we
have no way of tracking your purchases and paying you cash back.
Yes. You need to login to your Pennyful.com account before you shop so that we
can track your purchases and pay you your cash back earnings.
To earn cash back, you must make a qualifying purchase. Follow the steps below:

While it usually takes only 2-4 days for merchants to report your order, others

shipped before contacting us regarding missing cash back. If cash back is still
not reported, then please fill in the
Missing Cash Back form or contact
Customer Support . Please report missing cash back within 60 days.
Pending cash back is initially posted to your account upon initial receipt of an
order from a cash back store. Cash back may stay as "Pending" for up to 91 or even
121 days. This is because there are different store policies on returns and cancellations,
and also to allow time for collection of commissions from the store to pay you cash
back. Once the cash back is “Available”, you may request payment.
With “Smart Payout” you will be paid your Available Cash Back plus all your Bonuses
as well. For Smart Payout, you must have $10 or more in Available Cash Back posted
in your account. With “Fast Payout” you will be paid only the Available Cash Back
posted in your account and you will not be paid your Bonuses earned. For a Fast
Payout payment you may request payment for any amount of Available Cash Back posted
in your account; there is no minimum payout. If you can’t decide which payout type
to choose, don’t worry. When you request payment, you will receive a recommendation
on which payout type to pick based on your earnings. You are free to choose a different
payout type on your next payment request.
Cash Back is listed as “Pending” mainly to account for returns and cancellations,
and also to allow time for collection of funds from merchants. Each store’s returns
and cancellations duration varies but may even take 91 or even 121 days. This means
that you are usually allowed to return or cancel your order in this period, which
would then cancel your cash back. However, once the cash back is “Available”, you
may request payment.

On every displayed coupon, there is a field called “Coupon Code”. There are two
situations:

that the coupon discount is reflected in the purchase amount in your shopping cart

Orders & Payments
Don’t worry if your cash back doesn't show up in your account immediately after
you have placed and order. Cash back usually takes 2-4 days to show up in your account.
Go to your My Account page
to view your earnings. Some stores, however, can take as long as 30 days (after
the shipping date) to notify us of your order. If, even after 30 days, your cash
back is not posted in your account, please fill out the
Missing Cash Back form and we will look in to the matter.

store can cancel your cash back. This is because the store may cancel your old order

then means that we will not be the last referrer for your order, and your cash back
will be cancelled.
Refer-A-Friend
Every time someone becomes a member of Pennyful.com through your referral link,
we pay you a hugely generous 20% of their available cash back earnings, for as long
as they shop with Pennyful.com! At no cost to them of course.Refer-A-Friend page
to refer your friends and family to Pennyful.com.
The Refer-A-Friend Bonus is calculated as 20% of your referred friend’s Available
Cash Back.
When your referred user registers with Pennyful.com, our system labels them as
your referred user. This means that every time they earn available cash back you
will automatically be credited with 20% of that amount.
No. We do not store any information (friend’s name, friend’s email address) in our
database.
